Reserve Study Special Assesment

Maryland has recently passed a law requiring all HOA and condominium associating to perform a Reserve Study. Please see the details here https://tinyurl.com/duwbcd46 

We have selected Miller Dodson to perform the study, https://tinyurl.com/3rfa9xzt The cost of this study is $2,390 which breaks down to $21.34/home. These reserve studies are required every 5 years. The  HOA is responsible for the park that is located between Hobbitts Ln and the Wakefield Valley trail, the walking path that goes from Loadstone Ct to Hobbitts Ln, and the path the goes from Hobbitts Ln to the end of the backyards of 240 and 242 Hobbitts Ln. 

Instead of the HOA having to raise dues we have decided to issue a special assessment to cover the expense.  Once this review is complete we will post the results on our website stoneridgeoverlook.com
